Daily Responsibilities:

* Perform patch management on computer systems and create operating system images for implementation.
* Monitor and respond to hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
* Install and configure applications software and related hardware (such as desktops, servers, and related peripherals like printers, scanners, drives, monitors and video teleconferencing hardware).
* Provide software and system troubleshooting and support.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users.
* Participate in special projects as required

Required Qualifications:

* 6+ years of related experience
* Associate Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and work experience
* Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret
* Experience with workstation deployments/decommissioning

Desired Qualifications:

* Knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management and tracking tickets
* Knowledge of Remedy incident management ticketing system
* Familiar with ITIL
* A+, Network+, Security+, or MSCA certification
