Neubus has a full-time Desktop Support Technician position. Ideal candidate will have desktop support experience including IT desktop functions, troubleshooting and customer support.
* Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software. * Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically. * Recommend hardware and software improvements. * Track customer issues and resolutions. * In Person and Remote support of desktop computers and IP enabled endpoints. * General setup and installation of networking equipment.
* Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields. * Ability to build rapport with clients with good communication skills. * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. * Positive and professional demeanor.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least one year of relevant work experience is required.
TRAVEL: The ability to commute to and throughout our user facilities is required.
EDUCATION: High School diploma/GED or High School or Equivalent Required Associates Degree preferred.
* Must clear DPS and TDFPS background checks * Must be 18 years of age or older * Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (some weekends and/or evening hours may be required)
PAY PERIOD: Every other week
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $20.00/hr
BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits available after 60 days. 401(k) after 90 days
