What you'll be doing...

As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide outstanding IT customer service and act as the primary contact for the executive and leadership team. In addition, you will also support employees, management, customers, partners, and vendors.

Some of the things you'll be doing include…

* Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
* Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting of computer problems.
* Receive customer trouble tickets, analyze and take corrective action.
* Advise staff on appropriate action.
* Remove and add system permissions for customers.
* Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues and train & orient new staff members.
* Document resolutions for future reference.
* Perform hardware and software installations.
* Traveling nationally (optional) to support employees at our office locations and customers at our annual conference.

Who you are…

* Experienced. 3+ years of tier 2/3 Desktop Support in an enterprise environment that includes working independently. 1 year experience supporting executives.
* Tech Savvy. Advanced knowledge of systems and applications, including but limited to, MS Windows 7 & 10, MS Office (including O365), Mac OSX, and Linux. Experience with Visual Studios, Cisco CallManager, and ServiceNow is highly advantageous.
* Communication. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
* Service Minded. Excellent customer service skills, and always consider the impact on the customer when making a decision.
* Detail Oriented. Can easily author training guides and process documentation.
* Independent. Can work in a satellite office with minimal guidance.
* Physical Strength. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
