End User Services is a globally diverse and distributed team. The EUS portfolio includes, but is not limited to End User Support, End User Computing, and Unified Communications.
The End User Support team provides desktop support to the end users on incidents, problems and requests for desktops, laptops, telephony and network connectivity. Responsibilities include the daily operations of the systems software, hardware, peripherals, incident and problem analysis and resolution.

The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.
Department: Enterprise Infrastructure
Enterprise Infrastructure delivers infrastructure capabilities that emphasize the collaboration between development and infrastructure to meet business needs. This is done by providing technology services that are agile, timely, cost-effective, and risk appropriate.
What You'll Do
Provide accurate, timely solutions to end-user computer and networking problems to ensure continuous end user productivity.
Perform general problem solving and assistance on software applications using basic troubleshooting and technical skills. Document and update daily support incident tickets clearly and precisely.
Responsible for building and installing Desktops and Laptops in a timely and efficient manner. Provide Mobile OS troubleshooting on Blackberry devices, iPhones.
Assist in off-hour support rotation.
Assist Level 3 Engineers with large-scale projects.
Research new and existing technologies and provide recommendations. Evaluate new hardware and software for deployment.
Responsible for desktop support in DTCC off-site locations.
Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Sound Like You?
Minimum of 5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree required, with Masters preferred or equivalent experience
5 Years 2nd level desktop and LAN support for end users with ticket management activities.
Microsoft Windows Certification or equivalent experience
