* Provide first level support to Ambit's internal technology users covering the following technologies: * Microsoft network * PC operating systems (Windows and Mac) * Printers * Windows Office suite * Common desktop apps; Adobe Acrobat, FTP, Browsers, etc. * Hardware support (PC, Mobile devices, Projectors) * User assistance with technical devices
* Provide Active Directory user administration. * Prioritize and manage the desktop support ticket queue. * Contribute to technical documentation. * Follow Ambit's processes for desktop support. * May be required to work at the Plano location. * Full time physical attendance is an essential function of the job.
* Intermediate proficiency at supporting Windows PC Operating Systems. * Intermediate proficiency at supporting Windows PC Hardware. * Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite. * Basic knowledge of Active Directory User and Group Policy administration. * Basic knowledge of computer networking. * Ability to work well within a team. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Outstanding organizational and time management. * Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. * Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
