The LWTA IT Team actively supports end users throughout the organization and is an integral part of operations and our company's success. The Desktop Support Analyst I will be the main point of contact for end users on all hardware and software needs. This Analyst will work directly with clients of all levels throughout the US.
Responsibilities
Hardware
* Hardware set up and troubleshooting * IP telephony setup and support * Desktop rollout * Manage PC inventory and lease returns * PC and printer maintenance * New hire equipment orientation * Assist with office moves
Software
* Software installation and troubleshooting * Provide support for MS Office suite * Managing software licensing * Develop and maintain software images for standard hardware configurations
Mobile/Remote
* Troubleshooting remote access issues * Mobile device support
Conferencing Services
* Meeting set up using ZOOM, WebEx, and Intercall
Create and maintain documentation
Provide regular status updates
Qualifications
* 0-4 years of experience * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Agile team player * Self-starter with the ability to solve problems and work independently * Good working knowledge of: Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite (2013) * Some lifting required (up to 50lbs) * Base hours are 7AM - 4PM (Monday thru Friday), but some afterhours support may be required
