Performs all services necessary to install and move desktop and peripheral connections. Maintains complete and accurate documentation involving completion of service request, resolutions of issues reported through the customer support line or approved project work requests. Consistently communicates technical issues with other members of the team. Trains and orients end-user staff and provides feedback to manager as appropriate.
1-3 years desktop support required.
Basic knowledge of networking, desktop applications, and security requirements for end user computing devices preferred.
Bachelor Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience required.
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications desired.
Desktop computer technology (windows 7/8), Printer maintenance and support skills required.
MS Office (2010/13), Mobile Device support (iPhone, iPad, Android), Apple OSX and iOS support, and Remote User support experience preferred.
