Education:
* Associate's Degree Preferred * Vocational Trade School Computer Science Preferred * Vocational Trade School Information Technology - Computer/Information Science Preferred * Vocational Trade School Related Field Preferred
Experience:
* 5 years Information Technology - Desktop Technology Required
* Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Desktop (Previous work history may be considered in-lieu) Required * ITIL - v3 Foundation - Information Technology Infrastructure Library Preferred * Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) Preferred * Citrix XenDesktop Preferred * Citrix XenApp Preferred * VMware Horizon View Preferred
Skills:
* Intermediate level experience and knowledge in troubleshooting: Windows Operating Systems, virtualization, Microsoft Office Suites, and business applications (i.e., Project, Visio, OCS, SharePoint). * Intermediate level experience and knowledge in troubleshooting Active Directory, Group Policy, Remote Desktop (Terminal Server) TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN. * Intermediate level experience and knowledge in using imaging software. * Intermediate level experience and knowledge of software distribution tools. * Basic knowledge of desktop virtualization products required, Citrix or VMware products.
