Our Operations team is looking for an Onboarding Technician to assist in the setup of new merchant accounts on various platforms. We look to uphold a high level of customer experience throughout our onboarding experience through accuracy, care, and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

* Perform a variety of data entry, verification and related clerical duties.
* Monitor, verify, and edit data during input process.
* Uphold data integrity of accounts and parameters in multiple systems.
* Inquire and follow up on various requests to third party providers.
* Sustain business process and bank requirements for account maintenance requests.
* Liaise between departments for approval, signoff and confirmation.
* Identify compatibility amongst platforms to ensure correct parameters.
* Report and correct any inconsistences with data.

Personal Qualifications:

* Passion for doing the right thing and upholding integrity and values.
* Strong interpersonal skills - willing and able to collaborate with others for answers.
* Excellent time management and follow up skills.
* Technically inclined; enjoys learning new systems.

Professional Qualifications:

* Proficiency in data entry skills, with 90% accuracy and a minimum of 60 WPM.
* Proficiency in basic math skills needed.
* Ability to keep customer and company information confidential.
* Experience with data entry, Microsoft Office and other data programs
* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Fast learner, professional, ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
* Must be open to flexible schedule/hours - some weekends when required.
