NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Delivery Specialist - Active Directory to join our team in Rockville, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

Responsibilities

* Provides support for Active Directory Architecture, Engineering, and Operations and Maintenance across entire infrastructure. Support physical controllers in DC Metro area
* Analyzes and provides innovative solutions to engineering and design projects
* Addresses critical issues with Infrastructure and manage day to day operations
* Applies advanced understanding of agency business needs in the management of Active Directory and achievement of short and long-term business goals and objectives
* Works collaboratively with Federal staff and other technical teams to resolve Incidents, Requests and Problems, and to implement improvements and enhancements
* Follows agency change control, configuration management, and communications procedures
* Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of highly complex problems
* Manages vendor interactions
* Continually monitor Active Directory KPIs and Service level agreements

Basic Qualifications

* 8+ years of Microsoft Server Administrator experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* 5+ years of experience with Windows 2003/2012 Active Directory design, installation and troubleshooting and enterprise - wide Group Policies planning & deployment.
* 3+ years' experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Single Sign-ON (SSO) application enablement, development of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Standards and Policies, application of Authentication protocols, including Active Directory, RSA and LDAP
* Solid Enterprise-wide AD Group Policies experience, including planning & deployment, User account management, Group policy administration
* Possesses and routinely applies broad knowledge of network related processes and procedures to the completion of complex assignments
* Advanced knowledge of AD security issues and implications to AD architecture
* Microsoft certification

Preferences & Certification

* Experience as lead designing Enterprise Active Directory solutions
* Strong PowerShell scripting skills
* MCSA Windows Server 2012/2016
* ITIL V3 Foundation Training and Certification
