Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks a Delivery Manager in Chicago, IL to manage application development of medium scale multi-year projects. S/he will perform the following duties: create project plans, track development milestones, schedule and budget; assist direct reports in setting yearly objectives, mentor and evaluate their performance; approve time and expense reports for the team; monitor day-to-day tasks of direct reports; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including client project managers, technical leads and SMEs; conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions for the client; lead, monitor, measure, track and improve quality of deliverables by streamlining process; oversee process improvements and automation solutions across the account; lead recruitment drives; conduct interviews and support staffing at delivery center; collaborate with HR and Schedulers to fulfill open demands within the account; coordinate work effort spanning multiple locations; facilitate status report calls between all the groups, articulate the issues and triage them for completion; and organize training activities.
