Job Description

Position Summary

A Delivery Manager is responsible for the management of mid-size projects and/or components of a larger project from kick-off to completion. It's their job to ensure the project is delivered on-time, on budget, within scope and on brief as well as support senior members of the Delivery Management team.

The Delivery Manager facilitates "How" things get done at Organic. In partnership with all of Organic's disciplines they craft the solutions to deliver innovative and profitable engagements.

They are the driving force behind a project and everyone's "go-to" person. They are expected to know all of the ins and outs of a project, what happens next, where everyone needs to be and can anticipate what to expect.

* Proficient in MS Project, Excel & Power Point
* Develop and manage project plans, resource plans, budgets & statements or work
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Client facing
* Ability to identify, communicate and resolve project issues
* Create the conditions to development great work without compromising budget or timing
* Work collaboratively and lead cross discipline teams of various levels of seniority
* Take direction from and support senior Delivery Management staff
* Lead and organize efficient meetings and conference calls
* Develop tasks lists, status reports & meeting notes
* Highly organized, friendly, positive attitude, solution oriented, clear and concise communicator, strong problem solving skills, not afraid to speak up, confronts problems head on, confident to ask questions to fully understand the situation and task at hand.

Education/Work Experience

* Prior experience as a digital producer or project manager required
* 3-5 years' experience managing digital marketing, design and technology projects
* Working knowledge of requirements gathering, user experience, information architecture, design, technology, analytics and quality assurance
* Experience building and launching a website from requirements gathering through deployment
* Experience managing project budgets over $200,000
* Background in design and technology preferred but not required
* Experience in developing and managing project plans, budgets, resource plans and statements of work
* Conceptual understanding of front and back end development
* Must be able to work and communicate with in house developers
* Experience managing both internal and external clients on Delivery Management related items
* Bachelor's degree
* PMI, SCRUM or AGILE certification a plus but not required
