DataCenter Hands & Feet SupportDallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data restorations for servers, file systems, and databases upon customer request in a calm and controlled fashion while maintaining consistent communication with the customer.
Data restore may require taking the backups on a USB drive and shipping it to the customer over the mail.
Work directly with Infra team to fully understand and utilize the Commvault platform. In addition, support the team when required.
Working on CommVault tickets on ServiceNow as per the ticket volume. Work with the Infra team & apps teams.
* Work directly with System, VMWare, DB, and Apps Admins to fully understand and utilize the Commvault platform.
