JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is looking to bring a Database Engineer to our IT Team. The Database Engineer will be responsible for harvesting data into a large data warehouse with many consumers. The ideal

candidate will be an AWS, RDS, PostgreSQL expert with large dataset experience.

CORE JOB DUTIES

* Responsible for large PostgreSQL databases.
* Work in an agile, milestone, kanban based workflow.
* Perform high level git branching, merging, rebasing, and refactoring of existing code bases.
* Report to and collaborate directly with the VP of Software Engineering and other developers.
* Work on all database applications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

* 5+ years experience web development.
* Bachelor's degree minimum.
* Must be expert with AWS, RDS, and PostgreSQL
* Must be expert with indexes, database tuning, and execution plans.
* Solid communication skills.
* High level of organization skill.
