Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

* Develop, implement and optimize data solutions using SQL/T-SQL, PL/SQL, Scripting, ETL Tools and other technologies


* Analyze, Research, Review and Interpret data requirements


* Perform analysis for any performance or efficiency improvements on data management solutions


* Develop solutions for data migration, movement and data exchange across cloud and on-premise platforms


* Design & Develop procedures and programs and scripts to extract/integrate/share data from CRM, ERP and Web Applications


* Develop scripts and code to automate, track, monitor & troubleshoot data exchange/management


* Develop & Fine tuning of SQL code used in SQL based objects, ETL processes, data virtualization tools, and other programs


* Work individually or with the team to develop automated procedures to upload, monitor and track data uploads in/out of data repositories and across platforms (cloud and non-cloud)


* Work on Products/Programs by Chapter Leads & DPLs to provide development & support


* Perform documentation and record keeping as needed


* Willingness to learn new tools & technology and perform other duties as required



General & Technical Skills & Experience

* Hands on programming skills using SQL, T-SQL, PL-SQL, Unix/C/C#, Scripting tools


* Experience in Coding, Debugging, Root Cause analysis & Issue resolution


* Experience performing data analysis on structured and semi-structured datasets


* Basic skills in software design & development for managing data


* Knowledge of data virtualization and data sharing solutions


* Interpreting data models, relationships, data lineage & database connectivity details


* Experience using Google Cloud Platform(GCP) and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms for data storage, data movement and data management using big data solutions and technologies


* Ability to research, self train/educate efficient ways to move & manage data in GCP and Azure Cloud platforms


* Technologies - Oracle/SQL Server, TSQL/PLSQL, ETL tools/scripts, Unix/Linux/Windows, Scripting (VBScript, PowerShell, GUTILs, etc), RDMS, C/C#, GCP & Azure data management tools/technologies



Experience

* Minimum of 10-12 years in information technology


* Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on design & development experience


* Hands-On Data Analysis, Data Management and Software Development (SDLC) experience a must
