We are seeking Database Developers at all levels (Junior, Mid as well as Senior Levels) with relational (Oracle) and Bigdata Database Expertise to help with the development of a new Data Platform. BBH's Data platform serves as the foundation for a key set of offerings running on Oracle Exadata and Cloudera's distribution

Some of your key responsibilities include:

* Document and develop ETL logic and data flows to facilitate the easy usage of data assets, both batch and real-time streaming
* Consistent practice in coding and unit testing
* Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
* Work with distributed teams
* Facilitate the establishment of a secure data platform on BBH's On-Prim Cloudera infrastructure

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of architectural principles, frameworks, design patterns and industry best practices for design and development.
* 3+ years of hands on modeling or development experiences on relational databases primarily Oracle
* Strong hands on experience in Oracle Query and Performance tuning
* Strong Hands on experience with PL/SQL programming
* Experience working with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies
* Strong experience in designing efficient and robust ETL/ELT workflows and schedulers
* Experience in Agile development environment
* End-to-end development life-cycle support and SDLC processes
* Communication skills - both written and verbal
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Self-driven, work in teams and independently if required
