* Building and tuning database servers

Advanced database administration in multiple diverse database technologies such as:

* Oracle RDBMS

In this role, you will be responsible for activities inter-relating the GBU (Global Business Unit) development teams, as well as the GBUCS production operations teams.

Expected to be comfortable with a mix of traditional database operations and DevOps, with some structural differences from the typical DevOps jobs, i.e., more separation of duties and segregation of environments, etc.

Expected to manage a certain level of project tasks and coordination, as well as managing escalations.

Expected to be prepared for situations where no known previous solution for the issue will exist, and it will be incumbent upon you, in this role, to identify patterns and recurrences, and assist in resolving the issue.
