As a Data Validation Specialist I, you would be part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our stores and team members. Our Data Validation Specialists work to support our Corporate and Store Operations teams by using their eye for detail to audit and validate that documents are completely accurate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process and validate documents to support daily operations.

Review a variety of detailed documents to ensure their accuracy.

Train, coach, and support store team members nationwide on maintaining detailed and accurate documents and documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times during internal communications.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma
* 0-1 year of data entry experience or administration
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Customer service skills, particularly over the phone
* 60 wpm typing speed with high accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel
