Position Summary:

Incumbent oversees all aspects of the data warehouse and analytics platform infrastructure implementation and maintenance. This includes project management, process management, SOP development, change management, and compliance management. This position is responsible for ensuring that the UCHDW technical environment is implemented on time and within budget and that all processes are documented and meet both compliance and security audit criteria. This position must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, from technical staff to executive leadership.

Salary Range:

Rate Minimum $86,000.00 Maximum $207,200.00

Required Qualifications:

8 to 10 years technical project management experience in a healthcare environment

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the HealthSystem

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple fast-paced technical projects in a high-pressure environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Preferred Qualifications:

Database experience with SQL Server

Experience implementing and supporting EMR in a hospital setting

Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
