Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's Data Strategy & Information Delivery team partners across the organization to create/refine business requirements / user stories, define functional specifications, and provide program and project management support to initiatives aimed at transforming client and Financial Advisor experience for the better. The PMO Reporting Manager will provide horizontal oversight of complex business, technology, operations, and technology delivery agile squads.

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management's Data Strategy & Information Delivery team partners across the organization to create/refine business requirements / user stories, define functional specifications, and provide program and project management support to initiatives aimed at transforming client and Financial Advisor experience for the better. The PMO Reporting Manager will provide horizontal oversight of complex business, technology, operations, and technology delivery agile squads.

Required Skills:

* 3-5 years' experience supporting or delivering technology change programs and effective operating models in a complex, multi-workstream, multi-location context in global financial institutions
* Hands on experience in data analysis, project reporting, and report building
* Ability to understand challenges & linkages and articulate into plans to drive results
* Strong team player who is results oriented, self-motivated, and able to act on own initiative; able to lead and influence without direct authority
* Proven ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management; strong communication, facilitation, and presentations skills
* Experience maintaining PMO governance processes, with templates, reporting, timelines etc.
* Robust problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
* Understanding of wealth management, and a familiarity with digital advice and wealth management landscapes
* Strong marketing, business, project management, and IT experience preferred
* Exposure to projects utilizing Agile (SCRUM) preferred
* BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
