To build on this success, we are looking for Data Scientists who will work on exciting projects within the Host Growth organization, which is tasked with expanding our inventory of listings throughout the world.

As a Host Growth Data Scientist, you'll be embedded in one of several cross-functional teams that are responsible for different aspects of host acquisition, onboarding, and retention. You'll help formulate growth strategies based on your analytical insights, develop data products that enable personalized user experiences, design and interpret rigorous experiments, and create powerful dashboards that empower your team to make rapid decisions.
