Job Description

SCHEDULE: Tues - Sat, traditional hours

We are seeking to add a Data Processing Associate to our Data team who will be our first line of defense to ensure we have accurate information for each patient in our system so that everyone has a flawless experience from ordering, to their results and billing. The team is a great entry to Invitae and the field of genetic medicine for those interested in a dynamic, fast paced and constantly changing environment.

What you will do:

* Review previously entered information and ensure its completeness and accuracy
* Identify discrepancies and flag them for follow up
* Transfer data provided by clinicians on handwritten orders into our digital systems
* Identify and suggest potential improvements
* Contribute to projects as needed

Who you are:

* Can commit to a Tues - Sat shift
* Have high energy, be a self-starter and great teammate
* Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to improving patients' lives
* Be a quick learner (healthcare is complicated!)
* Be known for their attention to detail
* Be flexible and adaptable with a drive to go above and beyond
* Degree in science preferred
* Have an interest or background in genetics and healthcare
