Manage data as it moves through the enterprise, coordinating the efforts of the various teams including the infrastructure, BI, Data Science & operational teams. The position is charged with improving the consistency, timeliness, quality, security and delivery of data. This includes streamlining data flows and remove unnecessary costs from the complex, fragmented, heterogeneous data architecture and building out a holistic data architecture, integration and information strategy including Master Customer Data. This includes movement, enhancement, integration, quality and availability of data throughout the virtual enterprise landscape.

Job Requirements Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Develop a roadmap for evolution for today's needs, establish a scalable way of exploring the impact of business strategy changes on information management and enable to extraction of additional value from existing information assets.
* Creating and maintaining a data map with current and future Data Sources and Data/ Information Landscape including where the data is stored, maintained, accessed and used.
* Define current data landscape, entities and dependencies, create an information-centric view to quickly visualize what information matters most to the organization based on the defined business strategy.
* Create and manage data models in all their forms, including conceptual models, relational database designs, data flows and others.
* Defining data and information integration including documenting Interfaces and data movement that currently exists and leading data tracks in ongoing projects and initiatives.
* Ensuring a focus on data quality and Master Data - Educate the business on its importance, and involve and facilitate the work of business constituents on improvement programs by leveraging the knowledge of data across the enterprise.
* Provide guidance and support to big data ETL engineer on performance and facilitate ETL performance tuning

* Data-modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level.
* Experience in successfully rolling out MDM , BI, and data warehouse implementations.
* Deep understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information and metadata models, taxonomies, and the challenges of applying structured techniques (data modeling) to less-structured sources.
* Creating and maintaining a data map with current and future Data Sources and Data/ Information Landscape including where the data is stored, maintained, accessed and used.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
* Proven stakeholder management skills with strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to translate the information architecture contribution to business outcomes into simple briefings for Senior Management.
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
* Proven understanding and hands on experience with SQL, noSQL, Hive, Pig, Matlab, SAS, Python, Java, Ruby, C++, Perl, Spark, Impala and other big data technologies.
* Minimum 5-10 years of IT experience and proven track record in establishing information architecture and MDM practice, developing data strategy, roadmap and deliver on it.
* System integration experience, including interface design, and familiarity with web-oriented architecture techniques.
* Relevant and recent experience architecting and delivering projects from start to finish in:
* Large scale data and analytics projects
* Master Data Management program
* Digital projects
* Change management
* Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to business language
* Sense of business urgency and sound judgement to close critical gaps and able to anticipate problems and issues, and effectively prevent/resolve.
* Team player able to produce high quality work and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
