About the Job:

Taco Bell is looking for a Data & Analytics Production Support Manager to oversee and lead production services activities associated with our modern and rapidly-scaling data platform. The platform is core to Taco Bell's future growth strategy by enabling analytics to uncover new insights about our customers and food. This role will report to Taco Bell's Director of Data & Analytics. Join us on our journey of innovation through technology enablement!

The Day-to-Day:

As a Taco Bell Data & Analytics Production Support Manager, you will:

* Be accountable for successful day-to-day operations of our Data & Analytics platform, such as: data ingestion, data cleansing, ETL processes, data archiving, alerting, and reporting.
* Maintain and continuously improve / optimize existing data infrastructure to be performant, secure, robust, stable, and cost-efficient.
* Manage a team of production support engineers and be responsible for their day-to-day activities, priorities, and performance.
* Maintain vendor relationships and any associated production support contracts (labor, licensing, etc).
* Triage, remediate, and proactively eliminate production issues.
* Maintain up-to-date supporting documentation for the environment, including: architecture diagrams, ETL documentation, database schemas, S3 bucket policies, etc.
* Define and report out on production support KPI's to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Is This You?

* 5+ years of experience working with Business Intelligence systems (ETL jobs, databases, reporting tools).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience leading and managing teams of managed services resources in a production support capacity. Multi-geography team leadership experience is a plus.
* Experience with a modern cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Proficiency with SQL and PostgreSQL database systems
* Functional understanding of ETL tools such as Talend or Datastage
* Experience using or developing on BI reporting tools, specifically MicroStrategy, Power BI, Yellowfin, and Tableau
* QSR industry experience is a plus
* Engineering or computer science background, with analytical mentality
* Must be have a team-oriented, positive, and "default to yes" attitude
