Data Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Advise and assist clients with identifying opportunities and methods for capturing data related to programs and initiatives. Build and disseminate databases and spreadsheets designed to record related programmatic data. Prepare reports and presentations that accurately convey data trends and associated analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis
* Experience as a SharePoint administrator
* Experience with data analyses using Microsoft Excel and Access
* Experience with translating client requirements into technical solutions
* Ability to communicate analysis clearly through technical writing
* Ability to apply probability and statistical techniques to analyze large and complex data sets and conduct the development and application of optimization models to support independent assessments of studies, analyses, reports, and cost estimates
* TS/SCI clearance
* BA or BS degree or 6+ years of experience with entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience as a SharePoint designer
* Experience with one or more commonly used programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python
* Experience with RDBMS systems, including Oracle, MySQL, or AWS
* Experience with Web development and frameworks
