Position Summary:

Segue Technologies seeks a Data Analyst with Concessions Work Order Transfer Tool (CWOT) experience to support our Federal Government customer, National Park Service (NPS) in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time remote position, contingent upon contract award. The selected candidate will be required to sign a letter of intent.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Support the Asset Management Branch Chief, staff, parks and regions with preparation of condition assessment contract workbook and related reporting documents
* Support the prospectus development of concessions contracts
* Assist in resolving potential issues by coordinating with IT staff and assist in providing a quick response to parks and regions
* Provide first line of support for data analysis, technical, functional inquiries and Help Desk requests related to concessions condition assessment data and CWOT application
* Provide support in creation of the CA Workbook from Concessions Work Order Transfer Tool (CWOT)
* Ensure the work orders (deferred maintenance, recurring maintenance, and component renewal, preventative maintenance, etc.) and associated data (e.g. cost estimates) are properly migrated into the FMSS
* Provide systems and data support for Concessions management reporting requirements (e.g. OMB reports, Work Order Status)
* Assign CWOT (PROD, STAGING, DEV8) bug system errors/issues and escalate to proper technical support, test, verify
* Participate in CWOT testing
* Participate in weekly Commercial Services Team Meeting
* Provide developer maintenance support for the CWOT application, on an as needed basis, including small changes but not additional capabilities of significant enhancements
* Additional tasks as required

Required Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in IT Systems, Engineering, or other technical field. Relevant years experience can be considered as bachelors degree
* 5+ years data analyst, data entry and data management experience
* 1+ years of Concessions Work Order Transfer Tool (CWOT) experience
* Experience working with National Park Service (NPS) IT systems
* 1+ years of experience working with data collection, data analysis and NPS Concessions management reporting needs
* Web testing application experience
* Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage small analysis projects and strong organization/administrative skills
* Ability to pass NPS background and security procedures
* Ability to manage confidential information
* Excellent written and oral communications skills

Desired skills:

* 1+ years of experience with Selenium testing
* Experience with troubleshooting, debugging systems and help desk are a plus
* IT Finance systems experience
* Ability to analyze, organize, interpret and correctly present data
* Ability to prepare and interpret complex reports
* Ability to instruct and interact with IT team to improve IT application and systems
