MetroStar Systems is looking for an Analyst to support a major military customer in Arlington, VA from an off-site location. You're a great fit if…

* You possess good oral and written communication skills.
* You have statistical analysis experience as it applies to the Army National Guard's Leave Log/Leave Tracker System.
* You are capable of acting as a functional expert in the design and development of IT Systems in support of the Army National Guard.

* You have a B.A. or B.S. Degree with 3 years of related experience.
* You have 5 years of experience in analysis and design of software systems.
* You have an active Secret clearance and maintain the Comp Tia Security + Certification.

* You have the ability to conduct complex statistical analysis of systems and subsystems in order to identify and resolve discrepancies of data.
* You are able to analyze data and ensure accurate interpretation of processed data.

What your day will look like:

* You will coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies of data and ensure accurate interpretation of data processed by the affected system.
* With COR Approval, you will draft reports which include data from TAPDB-G, FMS Web, SIDPERS, etc.as requested by the Government in response to tasks initiated by NGB, Department of the Army, Department of Defense, and Congress.
* You will create formal presentations of statistical analysis in the form of information papers, graphs, charts, and tables.

The Admin Stuff:

Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for potential access to classified information. An active Secret Clearance is required for consideration. Accordingly, US Citizenship is required.
