In this role you will:

The contractor shall develop two types of cybersecurity health reports/scorecards. The contractor shall first work with government employees to define the requirements. Based on the outcome, the first type or scorecard shall be developed to depict the health of an individual system or application. The second type of scorecard shall depict the overall health of the agency's cybersecurity posture. This shall include a roll-up of the system-level scorecards, plus additional factors as defined. The contractor must provide technically qualified personnel to extract data from various databases and systems in order to generate an automated scorecard system, or recommend Commercial off the Shelf Tools (COTS) tools for the government to procure. Should COTS be leveraged, the contractor shall be responsible for implementation of the tools. The contractor must create scorecards that are visually appealing, functional, and based on industry best practices. The contractor must also develop a process and standard for source documents should the summary scorecard require more in depth evaluation.

Required Qualifications

* Overall 12+ years of experience.
* At least four years of experience analyzing technical, programmatic, and/or administrative data.
* Experience with and knowledge of statistical analysis for large data sets.
* Experience with and knowledge of various data visualization methods and techniques, including selection of the most meaningful display for particular analyses.
* Demonstrated experience using MS Excel in statistical application, including lookups and pivot tables.
* Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
* An understanding of or familiarity with IT/cybersecurity is preferred.
* A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
* All personnel assigned under this task order must possess current TS clearances and maintain them throughout the life of the contract. Personnel must be SCI eligible.
