Greyhound's Digital Team is responsible for enriching customer experiences throughout our websites, mobile apps and kiosks. The Content Coordinator plays a significant role in curating and publishing engaging content across Greyhound's digital channels. You are a great story-teller and have passion for copywriting. You are equally comfortable with writing concise, instructive copy that eases a customer's travel stress, as well as authoring rich narratives that sparks a traveler's curiosity. Summary:

The Content Coordinator is responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing content, though our Sitecore content management system (CMS). You work within the Digital Team and foster close relationships with counterparts in marketing, social and email teams. You collaborate with them to develop promotional and informational content for publication to Greyhound's websites, apps and kiosks. In addition, you develop efficient processes, establish timelines, and proactively communicate with stakeholders on the publication status. As a vital part of the Digital Team, you contribute ideas and insight into improving and expanding the role.

Responsibilities and Skills:

* Outstanding copywriting skills, with solid creative and design experience
* Proven ability to author clear, concise, and customer-focused articles and content; including but not limited to use on websites, mobile apps, and kiosks with emphasis on content optimized for mobile websites
* Ensuring accuracy and relevancy of copy while producing engaging, and at times, personalized content for target audiences
* Curating content and relevant imagery that appeal to customers
* Researching markets and industries to compare and create best-of-breed content
* Ensuring content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone-of-voice
* Working across departments and fostering constructive cross-team collaboration
* Setting prioritization and schedules based on Marketing's promotional calendar
* Multi-tasking and managing content production - creation, scheduling, publication and maintenance - within enterprise CMS platforms
* Exercising forward thinking and creativity to continually evolve the role and adapt to rapidly-changing consumer behaviors in the travel industry

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree (Communications or Journalism preferred)
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with content for desktop, web and mobile
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience with content management systems, SiteCore preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Efficient in managing workload and communication tasks across the team
* Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and integrating tools
* Experience with content personalization, through CMS tools
* Experience in multi-tasked, detail- and deadline-oriented team environment
