Work you'll do

As part of the Cyber Security management team our responsibilities include:

* You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Cyber Security Leadership Team to help them understand the IT financial, people and operational drivers and make recommendations to leaders on how to develop and then manage their people, budget and forecast
* Responsible for developing and disseminating leadership operational metrics across broad critical business areas leading to operational efficiencies and policy compliance.
* You will make recommendations for potential efficiencies in technology spend so the firm can increase new investments in support of our technology driven future
* Engage the team to identify ways to ensure consistency, efficiency and transparency in the financial, human resources and operational metrics that are used to understand the value that technology brings to the business
* You will be responsible for leading projects and efforts of others that result in the improvement of our IT Operations Management maturity level to increase the value and depth of information available for IT leadership decisions

Cyber Security

Cyber Security vigilantly protects Deloitte and client data. The team leads a strategic cyber risk program that adapts to a rapidly changing threat landscape, changes in business strategies, risks, and vulnerabilities. Using situational awareness, threat intelligence, and building a security culture across the organization, the team helps to protect the Deloitte brand.

Areas of focus include:

* Cyber design
* Risk & Compliance
* Technology Risk Management
* Identity & Access Management
* Data Protection
* Incident Response and Architecture

QualificationsRequired:

* Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience
* High level of HR, financial, and business operations process skills
* Advanced skills in process management, strategy, leadership and complex problem solving
* Maintains a high levels of confidentiality and discretion
* Highly skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP financials and other financial reporting tools

Preferred:

* Experience with hardware and/or software asset management
* Deep understanding of IT Financial management methodologies and disciplines
* Experience developing and implementing new services and methods to support customer needs
