Job Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our Customer Success team! If you have experience delivering configuration success for cloud customers, this is the role for you!

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will provide our Citrix Cloud customers with implementation guidance helping to accelerate customers on their cloud journey. Our Customer Success team is responsible for the successful implementation of all the Cloud Services products, including Citrix Workspace, Citrix Apps, Citrix Desktops, Citrix Content & Collaboration, and Citrix Endpoint Management. In this role, you will remotely lead & deliver product implementations for Citrix customers, and work with other Citrix resources as the Cloud technical expert.

Customer Success Engineer Job Responsibilities:

* Be the Cloud Subject Matter Expert supporting customer's design and implementation plans.
* Accelerate the transition of traditional on-premises product deployments to Citrix Cloud products, driving quickest possible time to use & active usage within subscription product entitlements.
* Deliver value to customers through remote service delivery of outcome-based, fixed fee service engagements.
* Apply extensive understanding of customer business environments to proactively communicate customer expansion opportunities or potential retention risks to Customer Success Manager and account teams.
* Provide service expertise and work cross-functionally with subject matter experts (Business Systems, Engineering) to transform the customer vision into a finished implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

* Cloud Engineer (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
* Administrate cloud environments and can speak to the value of cloud services
* The individual must have experience with Microsoft server products and technologies in an Enterprise environment.
* Must possess a familiarity and suitable understanding of the Network topology, Active directory, and communication protocols.
* Demonstrated experience with Group Policy.
* Strong understanding of server administration and networking protocols (such as TCP/IP).
* Develops a deep technical understanding in a core Citrix product line Is a plus
* Product technical skills: Citrix Apps, Citrix Deskops, Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016
* Ancillary technical skill: Hypervisors (Citrix Hypervisor & VSphere), DNS, Routing, DHCP, Firewall/Proxy, Application Delivery Controller & Load Balancing Experience, Enterprise Design, D/R, Backup and Recovery, Cloud Service Providers AWS & Azure, SAML protocol, Access and Identity Management, Citrix Workspace App. Familiarity with product API endpoints and scripting, including PoSH, Active Directory Domain Services, Computer Object and User Object administration, systems administration, GPO, Certificates, web traffic protocols and ports.
* Possesses good problem solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, loves sharing tips and tricks about deploying cloud
* An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
* Ability to effectively manage and execute technical projects across multiple customer engagements in a customer facing capacity.
* Bachelors Degree in a technical domain, including but not limited to: Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or affiliated domain or professional work experience equivalents

Preferred Experience or Certifications:

* Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
* Must have at least 2.5 years in a customer facing role (professional services, engineering, systems administration, or consulting).
* CCA-V, CCP-V industry equivalent virtualization certifications or equivalent work experience.
* CCP-N, or industry equivalent certifications or equivalent work experience.
* Experience with Citrix ShareFile/Content Collaboration service. Is a plus
