Prior consulting experience

Experience with productivity tools, i.e. Excel, Access, Visio

Minimum of 2 years of experience with each of the following:

Marketing Automation Integration on Eloqua/Marketo and support of marketing teams on campaign segmentation and analysis

Salesforce Integration and support of sales in lead generation efforts

Interface development and SaaS integration architecture implementation

Minimum three-year experience with 3 or more of the following:

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting

Data migration experience and ETL processing

Implementation and customization of customer Salesforce solution projects that involve the Sales Cloud (CRM), and/or integrations to ensure scope and customer expectations are met through apex triggers, creating app exchange modules, usage of SFDC API, custom reporting, workflow field updates

Implementation and customization of customer Marketo/Eloqua solution projects that involve Marketo/Eloqua page tagging, Marketo/Eloqua API usage, importing custom data lists, and/or campaign workflow management

Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented

Extremely detail-oriented possesses strong technical working knowledge of web analytic technologies, and is able to connect the technical aspects of tagging operations to the requisite reporting results

Understand implementation of website tags to ensure that the analytics program delivers strong insight into on-site behavior and marketing campaigns performance across various digital platforms.

Testing and confirming accuracy of imported data, identifying data discrepancies and anomalies , building dash-boards and performance reports and then communicating results to execs and customer teams

Experience to build custom reports using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Site Catalyst, DISCOVER and/or Data Workbench

Programming experience in one of these languages:

SQL

C++

Java

JavaScript

Perl

Relationship DB experience (Oracle, SQL SERVER, MySQL)

Experience querying and extracting data in Hadoop (Hive, Presto)

Proven success in contributing to a customer implementation and team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Respond to a variety of broad questions and concerns from customer management regarding project requirements, documents need, technical standards, and conditions; communicate the status of requests and determines the feasibility of projects; documents findings and actions

Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline

Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect

Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization
