Solar Turbines is seeking a hands-on CRM Technical Architect with 12 years of design, development, integration, and maintenance experience of complex Enterprise solutions and custom Java application solutions, which includes Salesforce CRM, Commerce Cloud, REST Connector tools, RESTful APIs, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, and ETL technologies.

The ideal candidate is a big picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver with Software Development Life Cycle experience, who takes pride in architecting and implementing optimized, scalable, and sustainable systems.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholder, product owners, business subject matter experts, and technical team members to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Collaborate with enterprise architects, system application architects, product owners, and developers to solve technical challenges and advise on Salesforce platform solutions, while leveraging technical best practices and solution patterns for the Salesforce platform.
* Lead technical design sessions; architect and document Salesforce technical solutions aligned with business objectives; Identify gaps between current and desired end states.
* Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and seamlessly integrate with various Enterprise systems (i.e. Master Data Management, ERP LN, and other custom web applications) or similar.
* Working closely with business, application development, and security teams to deliver a cohesive and adaptable solution architecture for a variety of Salesforce projects, including Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud initiatives.
* Provide leadership in developing the organization's technical staff.
* Assist in developing and maintaining current and planned state architectural blueprints.
* Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies.
* Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects and related integrated systems.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, SMEs, and Product Owner to architect and implement Solar's E-commerce solution.
* Adhere by coding best practices and lead code reviews.
* Lead and execute discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, including Proof-Of-Concept (POC).
* Drive and implement Salesforce DevOps.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM degree.
* 12 years CRM experience with a minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with DevOps, DevOps tools (i.e. Docker, Chef, Jenkins, Gerrit, etc.) and CI/CD implementation.
* Minimum 7 years of Enterprise Application Integration experience, which includes Salesforce integration to Informatica MDM, Oracle CPQ, and ERP LN.
* Experience architecting and developing Custom Integration tool/REST Connector Tool, and Enterprise application integrations using web services, RESTful/SOAP API, JSON, JMS Queue, and various middleware (IBM BPM, Cast Iron, Data Power, etc.)
* Experience with Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Amazon Web Services, Commerce Cloud, and data ETL
* Implementation experience with JDK, Servlets, JSP, JSF, J2EE, EJB, and Java.
* Experience with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
* Experience with environment setup/management, release management, and code versioning best practices, including GIT.
* Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).
* Experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution to achieve desired business objectives.
* Demonstrated implementation experience with Oracle Database, SQL Server, Spring Framework 2.5, Java 2.0 (Non-GUI, XML concepts), web services, and ITIL.
* Salesforce Certified.
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified.



Preferred Qualifications

* Infor Epiphany CRM experience.
* Knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing and Commerce Cloud.
* Experience with Content Management Systems (Adobe Robo Help).
* IBM Middleware implementation experience.
* Service Parts and Certified Parts experience.
* Azure DevOps experience.
* ThingWorx (IOT Tool) experience.
* Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practice.
* Understanding of data sharing and usage in platform architecture.
