Cargomatic is seeking a talented CRM Systems Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Digital & Growth Marketing and will develop and maintain our HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub & Sales Hub system(s). As part of the Digital & Growth Marketing Team, you'll be heavily involved in data management and analysis, primarily in relation to growing all aspects of our business.

As our CRM Systems guru, you will demonstrate exceptional skills in organization and attention to detail; your technical skills are on point and you are a born innovator. This is a small department, so it's imperative that you are capable of diving in headfirst and contributing from day one with little supervision or direction. The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands-on deck" environment, is creatively analytical, and can thrive in a fast-paced, start-up culture.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as primary system administrator for Cargomatic's marketing automation and CRM systems
* Develop system reports and dashboards to track team's critical performance metrics
* Track and report on campaign results, and analyze data to evaluate campaign progress
* Train coworkers on system usage and prepare onboarding processes for new users
* Support end users and come up with creative and effective solutions to technical issues
* Collect user requirements and close "gaps" in existing system functionality
* Implement new functionality and/or new systems to meet changing business needs
* Stay abreast of industry trends, making recommendations based on insights gained

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Prior experience using and maintaining marketing automation, CRM and/or database marketing systems (preferably HubSpot)
* Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings, both within the HubSpot tool set but also general data analytics
* Experience working with start-up, high-growth technology companies and/or a passion for technology and entrepreneurial work environments
