Job Description
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Oversee Salesforce.com architecture, features and 3rd party integrations including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Employee Community
* Oversee Salesforce roadmapHands-on administration of Salesforce
* Must have demonstrated experience as a Technical architect for at least 5 years
* Apply advanced knowledge and practical CRM/Support Desk experience with provide immediate short and long term solutions
* Architect and work with business units to implement custom and out-of-the-box solutions around functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows
* Organize and lead technical design sessions and prepare technical design documentation for features planned for a release
* Identify and remove technical debt
* Resolve escalated support requests for existing environments
* Document and maintain software functionality, this is a key part of the role
* Train operations teams on best practices and use of Salesforce (train the trainer)
* Maintain process, architecture, integration related requirements and other technical documentation
* Work with offshore teams to deliver updated/new functionality, applications and integrations
We're excited about you because you have:
* Bachelors degree, information systems or higher education degree
* Must be a Salesforce certified developer and Salesforce certified administrator
* 10+ years in Salesforce administration experience with extensive knowledge of Lightning, Apex, VisualForce and Force.com tools and applications
* Understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages
* 5+ years experience in SaaS technology environment
* Should have experience in Enterprise architecture and be able to influence technical decisions
* Experience in Jira, Agile, Scrum, CI/CDExperience with Marketo and other Sales Enablement technologies is preferred
* Knowledge of Netsuite, Mulesoft, Data Warehousing, BI and other enterprise business systems preferred
