As a CRM Integrations Specialist within our on-boarding team, you will be responsible for building and running a technical solutions Center of Excellence (COE) within our onboarding team. HubSpot is rapidly expanding up-market, and as we serve more customers with advanced technical requirements and complex tech stacks, we need to develop the capabilities and solutions to help our customers integrate their applications into HubSpot to fulfill our Platform vision. We are looking for an individual with strong technical and business skills who is excited about building a strategic new capability within a fast-growing company.
In this role, you'll get to:
* Define the organizational and operational model for the new technical solutions center of excellence (COE) * Work closely with our 300+ integration partners to develop expertise and best practices for integrations into HubSpot * Develop a scalable knowledge center and educate our customer success teams on strategy and tactics for integrating these applications to solve customer needs * Work directly with customers to help address their integration needs and challenges * Build and lead a team of technical consultants to scale this capability globally

* Are self-starters and can develop a plan to carry out a set of objectives * Have a strong technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and SaaS architecture * Have strong technical domain expertise in either marketing automation or CRM * Can research, troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues * Have excellent communication and problem solving skills
