Job Description

Introduction

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The CRM Architect/Developer that can lead teams in defining and implementing CRM solutions as well as aid in the pursuit of opportunities.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

* 3+ years of experience in enhancing and customizing (xRM Development) the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
* In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web service.
* Design, Coding development, implementation and management of MS Dynamics.
* Experience in customizing Dynamics CRM Forms, Views and Dashboards.
* Develop plug-ins for Dynamics CRM applications.
* Creating and implementing custom Dynamics Business processes and Custom workflows.
* Developing and deploying unmanaged Dynamics Solutions.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

* Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and ETL with MSCRM, preferred.
* Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/365.
* Public Sector background understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies.
* Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
* Demonstrated ability to thinks clearly and calmly under pressure.
* Investigates problems with creative solutions Places emphasis on client satisfaction.
* Learns new concepts quickly and thoroughly.
* Aptitude to develop creative software solutions with an extreme focus on quality.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
