Job Description

The Corporate Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining existing corporate infrastructure technology and continuing to innovate and evolve the platform to meet the needs of the company and various business teams. In addition to this, the job will require interaction with various levels of the company from senior leaders to desktop users and the candidate must be comfortable transitioning between technical level and user-friendly explanations.

Responsibilities:

* Provide tier II support for users within the company from both the technical teams and the business teams
* Administer corporate e-mail systems
* Perform and verify backups on mission critical infrastructure
* Perform VM maintenance and life cycle execution
* Keep a detailed and organized inventory of procured equipment
* Monitor corporate resources
* Implement and maintain resource permissions in line with Microsoft AD best practices
* Provide high level support for all deployed Atlassian applications (ie: Jira, confluence, etc.)
* Routine updates of Microsoft DNS and DHCP
* Evaluate windows updates and security patches for planned deployment
* Provide technical support for high level company wide and board meetings conferences

Required Skills:

* 5+ years administration experience with Microsoft Corporate platform such as Exchange, Active Directory, DNS and others
* 3+ years administration experience with VMWare Virtual systems
* 3+ years administration of corporate resources
* Experience with NTFS and Share permissions structure
* NAS Configuration experience
* 3+ years providing a proven backup platform
* Corporate Anti-Virus experience
* Experience with a VoIP Phone System a Plus
* Any Linux Experience also a plus!
