PTC's Corporate Experience Center (CXC) is a state-of-the-art facility that welcomes hundreds of industrial companies each year to showcase the power of digital transformation to solve business challenges and turn vision into reality. Our executives, product owners, and technologists demonstrate ways companies are already using PTC's technology to advance by presenting real use cases and hands-on, immersive technical showcases and interactive experiences.

As part of the Corporate Experience team, you will be at the leading edge of technology innovation and business transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and delivering technical demonstrations that showcase next generation applications of PTC's IoT, AR, CAD, and PLM platforms. You will imagine new ways for the world to experience the PTC brand and facilitate remarkable events that drive PTC's key business development initiatives; and enhance marketing's ability to tell, and show, the corporate story.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide hands-on support to build technical demonstrations using PTC's core products to showcase the art of the possible to external C-level executives, business decision makers, and engineers
* Develop and demonstrate a working technical knowledge of PTC's product capabilities to enable in-depth technical presentations and discussions with customers and prospects
* Tell great stories to help guests experience the value of PTC technology, and deliver presentations to globally remote audiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set a roadmap of showcase features and planned enhancements
* Communicate customer data and feedback to key stakeholders in the company across sales, product, marketing, and R&D
* Product manage the showcase strategy and launch goals for select systems, including roadmaps of showcase features and planned enhancements
* Project manage cross-functional teams to roll out new technology showcases. Develop and manage timeline to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget
* Track and monitor progress of relevant activities and projects to ensure coordination of tasks and resources
* Consult with the event host, and subject matter experts to prepare a highly effective experience
* Assume additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth of the team

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

* Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields
* 4+ years related experience - B2B or high-tech industry expertise preferred
* Experienced engineer with a passion for innovative ideas
* Sharp communicator and talented public speaker
* Deep ability to translate technical content and ideas effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously to hit deadlines
* Highly collaborative, detail oriented, well organized, energetic, and results driven
* Uses interpersonal skills to build a strong network in a dynamic cross-functional business
* Creative problem solver who not only can identify the challenge, but suggests a solution
* Excellent communication skills, written and oral
* Able to meet deadlines, and hold others accountable to deliver results
* Experience designing and developing software projects - IoT, AR, CAD, and PLM a plus
* Software development and networking experience favored
