Job Description The Corporate Concept Group Project Manager will drive the efficiency and focus of new concept development projects and focused research efforts. This role will ensure clarity of activity across Technology Center of Excellence research Expertise Areas as well as the Corporate Concept Groups rapid sprint projects. This role must embody the Bose Labs way, to Dream Big and Learn Fast. We work cross-functionally and creatively to enable the rapid delivery of technology and conceptual prototypes that will drive the future of Bose Corporation. Key responsibilities: CCG: Drive rapid project execution to a tight ~3 month schedule, leveraging creativity and agile techniques Assist teams on tactical project execution and navigating the unknown Coordinate project demos and sharing during Bose Labs Expos and customer focus events Design Sprint Facilitation/Support Develop and improve core processes through a robust understanding of our vision and interdependencies TCOE: Provide dedicated support to Expertise Area Lead in execution of the portfolio of projects within their domain Assist Expertise areas to manage content in Trello Drive project schedule and resource plan versus actual data management within MS Project & Power BI Assist in Portfolio Analysis through creation of scenario plans and detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions Monitor success of Expertise Areas through KPIs Assist teams on tactical project execution with a focus on alignment to the Bose Strategy and Customer Needs leveraging Agile tools, Learning Plans and Design Sprints as applicable Assist project teams with Sharing during Bose Labs Expos and customer focus events Develop and improve core processes through a robust understanding of our vision and interdependencies Skills: Engineering degree with experience in technical project management 5+ years experience Strong interpersonal, program management, and analytical skills Takes initiative, is solution oriented and able to independently overcome obstacles Training in Project Management, Agile & Lean process improvement a plus Meet deliverables in a timely and efficient manner Facilitation experience Ability to navigate the unknown and creatively deliver solutions to an array of technical challenges Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
