The Control Testing Manager is responsible for participating in all aspects of regulatory compliance testing audits, interacting daily with client test managers, client line of business personnel and offshore testing team members and client account leadership. Day-to-day activities will include coordinating and conducting client planning and process walk through calls, reviewing test objectives to identify relevant regulations, guidelines, policies and procedures, selecting samples, conducting tests and drafting narratives documenting findings and test results. Additional responsibilities will include participating in quality control reviews of team member work and ensuring processes and deliverables are compliant with client guidelines and Accenture Delivery methodology.
