Job Description

Interested in making an impact on a fast growing and high-profile Amazon business? We are looking for detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Content Test Specialist to perform content evaluation of design submissions for the Merch by Amazon business. You will manage the processing of new submissions and re-submissions of content to ensure it meets Amazon's high quality bar as well as working with Customer contacts that require special handling (Quality, Escalations, Cancellations). Above all, you will play a vital role in helping us meet and exceed our program's selection expansion goals while protecting a high-quality customer experience.

* Review incoming design submissions to ensure content adheres to Amazon's content policies and high-quality bar
* Maintain detailed and accurate notes on issue tracking
* Support internal and external stakeholders to address content issues as required
* Handle contacts and escalations from content creators reaching out and helping them resolve business queries
* Identify and champion process improvement ideas to increase the productivity and quality of content operations
* Play a vital role in helping exceed daily and weekly catalog goals
* Swiftly pivot and adapt to new process changes as business needs dictate
* Ability to work a 9 hour, 5 day work schedule where you may be required to work 1 weekend day per week.
