Due to our continuing growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Content & Technology Solutions group as an Associate DataFeed Specialist.

The Content & Technology Solutions group is responsible for the growth and support of FactSet's DataFeed products. Our aim is to streamline our clients' internal processes with FactSet data delivery via HTTPS, web services, and FTP solutions.

You will gain exposure to the entire CTS product suite which includes Open:FactSet, Standard DataFeeds (FactSet proprietary content, prices, benchmarks and exchange data), OnDemand DataFeeds (web services, stat packages integration) and identify when to design custom solutions tailored to each client using a combination of CTS products.

As an Associate DataFeed Specialist you will mainly be responsible for the overall project management of new DataFeed implementations which includes gathering client requirements, preparing proof of concepts, process design, implementation and testing, and ongoing support. In addition to client interaction, you will be working closely with Sales, PD and local consulting teams throughout the implementation process.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Client relationship management
* Understanding various workflows and their impact on DataFeed solutions
* Participating in internal and external product and content training
* Gathering feedback for stakeholders to help ensure the quality of DataFeed offerings

Requirements:
