Amazon's Selling Partner Risk Operations (SPRO) Knowledge Management team is looking for a content developer with experience creating and delivering high-quality global content in a fast-paced environment.

If so, we'd love to talk to you about joining the SPRO Knowledge Management team in our Seattle office.

The Role

You will use your writing and content strategy skills to develop standard operating procedure documents (SOPs) for SPRO investigators and email communications for Amazon's customers. You will own the production, localization, maintenance, and publication of operational processes and messaging for a global audience. You will be the owner of the investigator and customer content experience.

You will work with global stakeholders to drive the right content development and governance plan and address long-term business goals. You'll collaborate with fellow team members and business partners to continuously improve our content management and strategy operations.
