Success in this role requires that you…
* Provide input to instructional designers about project Learning and Development strategy * Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate policies, procedures, and information is included in training * Build content to deliver on our vision of the learner experience adhering to quality and innovation expectations * Participate in the development of learning practices, tools, technology, and solutions * Work independently and with instructional designers to create activities and learning content to support the transfer of knowledge and behaviors desired * Solicit feedback to improve quality of work and continuous performance development * Coach teams to support transfer of learning to on the job application
* At least one of the following: Experience developing eLearning, performance support, online tutorials, and other training related materials OR Expert level Intuit ProConnect product knowledge * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Skilled in visual and graphic design * Expertise developing innovative and engaging multi-media for learning methods such as video, eLearning, job aids * Highly detail-oriented, excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro * Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
