Manages the development, implementation, and coordination of Digital Development strategies to enhance the learning experience, increase knowledge retention and improve learner interactivity. Takes lead by creating, supporting, and maintaining end-to-end development of Digital Assets. Supports and participates in cutting edge technology implementation of on-demand and online learning. Understands emerging digital technologies and brings those solutions to learning platforms.

Essential Responsibilities

* Follows established processes to develop / produce professional and high quality Digital Assets
* Works with Instructional Designers, Experience Development Managers, Content Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure Digital Assets achieves desired outcomes
* Acts as subject matter expert when determining, designing and developing Digital Assets through research, team member input, and advanced functional / domain knowledge
* Determines Hardware, Software and other resources needed for Digital Development projects
* Ensures Learning Treatments and Digital Assets are aligned at all times to the defined matrix
* Attends project meetings and report project status
* Keeps the online project management tool records current and complete as information becomes available
* While developing Digital Assets for global audience, ensures regional and cultural implications are considered and incorporated into the design
* Manage project communications, alerts of any risks and mitigation plans
* Reviews milestone dates are on target and ensures publishing of Digital Assets are on target date
* Work with the Experience Development Masters and communicate the Digital Assets completion to trigger translation activities
* Contributes to Digital Asset review discussions. Assess and implement the feedback provided
* Continuously evolves and improves development processes through lessons learned after each project
* Works towards implementing Digital enablement solutions such as processes, guidelines and knowledge sharing to improve efficiency
* Stays current in best practices, tools and applications across industry

Role Requirements

* Video Production: Production of video includes all stages of production happening between the actual Videography (including green screen / Chroma key if applicable) and the completion of implementation - including Videography, editing, addition of effects and rendering
* Motion Graphics or Animations: Develops digital footage or animation to create the illusion of motion combined with audio (if applicable) and background music
* 10 plus years of experience required
