As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Plano, TX. This position may requires travel and or relocation.

Desired Skills & Experience

Required

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
* At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred

* At Least 4+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 6+ years of IAM domain knowledge, including Oracle IDAM & Azure AD
* Rich Experience in Azure AD, ADFS, AD Connect will be extra handy
* Exclusive knowledge of DevOps tools i.e. Jenkin, Terraform, Bitbucket, etc.
* Advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
* Understand complex business and information technology management processes
* Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services
* Responsible to install, integrate and deploy the IAM new integration & service irrespective of IAM product in client environments
* Communicate to clients and partner's aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation.
* Manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation
* Build and nurture positive working relationships with the clients with the intention to exceed client expectations
* Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability
* Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
* Experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell
* Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
* Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
* Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
* Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
* Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus
* Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, SailPoint, IBM, Novell) a plus
* Familiarity with RBAC a plus
* Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
* Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)
* Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)
* Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus
* Analytical and Communication skills
* Planning and Co-ordination skills
* Experience with project management
* Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
