Infosys is seeking for a Consultant, As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Silver Spring, MD or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

Proven technical expertise (8+ years) in mid to large size telecom / IT systems integration applications in OSS / BSS space with complete SDLC knowledge

Strong understanding of Telecom Domain in terms of Order Capture/ Order Management / Provisioning / Trouble Ticketing / Billing.

Ability to understand E2E flow from Telecom to undertake and lead efforts like new requirements/ migration.

Exposure to Applications built on Oracle DB. Ability to understand complex application with 1000 tables.

Familiar with SQL scripts and background processing related to provisioning and billing.

Exposure to Java / web services environment in previous assignments.

Good interpersonal communications and Analytical Abilities with good client interfacing skills, a goal oriented work approach, high quality awareness, good team player with ability to communicate with onsite & remote team in effective manner

Experience of working with Microservices architecture will be a Plus.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Ability to work independently and produce results in a fast paced, team environment.

Experience working with and applying Design patterns to solve problems.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
