As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape

Location for this position is Westlake, TX. This position may require travel and/or relocation

Qualifications

Basic

* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
* At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

◾Sound knowledge on Ariba and the modules like Ariba Buying, Ariba Invoice Management

◾Requirements gathering and managing the requirements through JIRA stories

◾Liason between Business and Technology for Requirements Elicitation

◾Product Fit to purpose reviews to confirm Out of the box features versus Customization

◾

◾Feasibility analysis and suggesting work arounds to meet the gaps

◾Working closely with product vendors and various teams to design solutions

◾Ensure compliance with the corporate procurement policies

◾Perform product Configuration and Customization based on Business requirements like approval

flows, invoice exception rules, use of UNSPSC commodity codes

* Perform existing spend data analysis and category based process flow design
* Design integrations between the cloud application with various on-premise enterprise applications

like Peoplesoft

* Support On premise products until the upgrade is complete
* Define Roadmap for Cloud adoption strategy
* Support Business Validation / UAT efforts
* Design and execute the data migration from existing on-premise applications to the cloud
* •Managing the teams in multiple work streams like sourcing, contracts, procure to pay, technology

and so on

* Managing stake holder relationship

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
