Required

At least 4 years of experience with designing/creating documents and implementation planning for Windows Server Platform Technologies and assessing customer environments.

Ability to design, document and lead customers design sessions around Hypervisors and Hybrid Azure solutions.

Knowledge and the use of PowerShell to automate processes.

Experience planning and implementing Group Policy, understanding of precedence and policy processing.

Understanding of Windows Server, MS Cluster Server/Multi-vendor Cluster and SAN implementations, IIS

Strong understanding of Active Directory design principles.

Understanding security requirements, risks and mitigation strategies of various industries and impacts to solutions such as internal vs. external threats and mitigation, Pass-the-Hash mitigation and other similar security concerns and STIG or similar baseline lockdowns.

Experience with reading, interpreting and/or developing Technical specifications, diagrams.

Ability to work with Leads and/or senior leadership, both internally and customer facing, to develop and communicate solution and technical information in the customer's context.

Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.

Recommended/preferred qualifications:

One or both of the following certifications:

MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure

MCSA: Windows Server 2016

Experience working with and migrations into AzureAD.

Understanding of basic principles of Identity security.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems. Will consider related field (or equivalent) experience.

Travel

Travel is an integral part of this position. You should be willing to travel as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. This position may require travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time. Overnight travel may also be required.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification:

This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
